| Halle Berry is pregnant with her second child at the age of 46. Berry's representatives confirmed the actress was three months pregnant but refused to give more details. It will be Berry's second child but her first with Olivier Martinez. The X-Men and Die Another Day star and Mr Martinez, 47, are said to be thrilled at the news. Berry already has a daughter, Nahla Ariela, 5, who she had with her previous partner Gabriel Aubry. Sources told TMZ the actress had recently been feeling sick and was concerned that she had gained weight before getting confirmation of her condition. E! News has also managed to confirm the Oscar winner is pregnant and quotes a source as saying, "Halle and Olivier are really excited. It's a blessing. They can't wait to have a baby together."
Berry told a US TV show in November that her daughter had been hoping for a baby sister. Martinez, the former partner of Kylie Minogue, and Berry have been engaged since late 2010. Berry, Martinez and Aubry have been in an ongoing dispute about the future of her daughter Nahla after the actress's attempt to take her to France was blocked by a judge. Martinez took out an emergency protection order against Aubry after a fight between the pair broke out at Berry's residence. Aubry, meanwhile, obtained a restraining order against Martinez after claiming that Martinez attacked him for not letting them take Nahla to France. Leaked court documents included photos showing significant injuries to Aubry's face.
