Are you a qualified teacher of history available from the May half-term and can commit to a long term position to cover a maternity?
Do you have the experience of ability to teach History up to A-level standard?
If you are a history teacher who can connect with students, deliver results and build relationships effectively then this maybe the dream job for you.
Based in the London Borough of Greenwich this well run 11-18 school which holds specialist technology status are a large community school which serves students in the local and surrounding areas.
As the successful History Teacher you will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver lessons across the age and ability range and make an active contribution to the department including undertaking the full details of a permanent member of staff such as after school clubs and parents evening.
The school would be keen to hear from dynamic and forwarding thinking History Teachers who are confident, pro-active and with good references and the ability to connect with students on a variety of levels. In addition you will need to provide strong up to references in support of your application.
