GORDON YATES: Conference & Events Operations Manager £32k + Great Bonus


Who you will be working for

  • A prestigious 5* hotel in central London.
  • One of the Largest and best known traditional style grand hotels in London.
  • It is a member of the leading hotels in the world marketing consortium.

What you will be doing

  • To manage and supervise the Conference & Events department and the areas in which Banqueting takes place in such a way that company standards are achieved and in respect of quality and service.
  • Managing a team of 5 permanent and 15 casual staff
  • To supervise each Conference and Banqueting event in accordance to the guest's      wishes as specified on the function sheet or other method of communication.

What you will need

-  At least 3 years experience in a similar role.

-  A 'hands on' and pro-active approach.

-  Experience of managing staff.
