What you will be doing
- To manage and supervise the Conference & Events department and the areas in which Banqueting takes place in such a way that company standards are achieved and in respect of quality and service.
- Managing a team of 5 permanent and 15 casual staff
- To supervise each Conference and Banqueting event in accordance to the guest's wishes as specified on the function sheet or other method of communication.
What you will need
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
- A 'hands on' and pro-active approach.
- Experience of managing staff.
