We are looking for someone with essential recent experience in a supervisory capacity within a CAB to join our management team as a quality of advice case checker. The role is crucial to the work of the bureau and the purpose is to ensure that the quality of advice delivered by the staff within the bureau meets the required Citizens Advice quality standards.
You will also need to be well organised, have excellent communication and presentations skills, IT and statistical experience and used to meeting targets. All of which are essential for this post.
