The trustees are seeking to appoint a Chief Executive to lead a busy Citizens Advice Bureau. Serving North Hertfordshire and part of South Cambridgeshire at three main sites, we have around 25 paid part-time staff and 60 volunteers and a 2013/14 income of over £400,000.
We are looking for someone with proven management experience in strategic planning with excellent leadership qualities who is capable of motivating paid staff and volunteers. You will work with the Trustee Board to set and achieve the Bureau's goals and objectives for the future, and will have a strong external focus in identifying and developing new funding opportunities in order to enable the Bureau to continue to deliver a high quality advice service. You will lead a small management team and be willing to work flexible hours with occasional evening meetings.
