Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistants – Central London – Immediate start - £60 per day
Are you a psychology graduate who has an interest in education and special needs? Would you like to gain experience in a mainstream school supporting SEN students to overcome their learning barriers? Are you immediately available and able to commit to a post till July 2013?

At Edustaff we have a range of Primary and Secondary schools that are looking for the brightest Psychology degree holders to come in and support their students with special educational needs.
These posts are open to candidates with or without experience as training will be provided and support ongoing throughout your time at the school. You will be support students with a range of special needs which could include Dyslexia, Autism, Global Delay and Behavioural Needs of which you may have an understanding of from your degree. The school helps to support these students in small groups and on a one to one basis.
To be successful at this role the schools are looking for candidates with certain characteristics; you must be someone who is interested in education and preferable considering a career path in the area. You must be a clear communicator who is able to use your own initiative to come up with new methods to teach students that will respond in very different ways. You must also be patient able to explain the same concept a number of different times till it is understood.
These posts are offered on a long term basis starting at your earliest opportunity and lasting through till the end of the academic year in July 2013. All roles are paid at £60 per day.
